Here are a few things you should know about our property:
COFFEE: Complimentary, self-serve coffee is available in our office from 8am to 10am daily.
ROOM CLEANING: For guest staying 3 nights or less, there is no daily cleaning services, but we are happy to refresh towels and take out your trash. For guests staying 4 or more nights, please work with our staff to organize your housekeeping service.
YETI COOLERS: The coolers are provided for in room use during your stay. We have placed a gel pack in prior to your arrival. These will stay cold for 3 days and are more efficient than a mini refrigerator. If you take them home, we will charge your card $250 for replacement. (If you need ICE, the ICE machine is located beside the office.)
NO SMOKING: Per Vermont law, smoking is not permitted in rooms, or 100 feet from a window or doorway. You will be charged a $300 cleaning fee for smoking in any room. We have a great gazebo around back that is perfect for smoking.
HOT TUBS: Some of our rooms have private hot tubs. If you have one of these rooms, please leave the hot tub covered when not in-use. Please, no glass is permitted in the hot tub or on the decks. Use caution when entering and exiting the hot tub, especially with the snow and ice. Surfaces can be slippery. Children under 12 are not allowed in the hot tubs. No pets on the outside decks, in any hot tub, or in pool or pool area.

DOGS: We are dog friendly. Please do not leave your dog unattended at any time. We ask that your dog not be allowed on our furniture and you are responsible for picking up and disposing after your dog. We charge $40 for a 2-night stay for your dog.
CHECK-OUT: 11am is check-out. You are free to leave before 11am. We ask that you leave your room key on the desk in your room and close the door.
Extending your stay: If you think you will be extending your stay, please let us know ASAP. We will try our very best to keep you in your current room. Payment for additional nights is processed at the time of the requested extension of your reservation.
